A congratulations is in order for our 2018 Fall Nutrition Challengers, Andrea Longo and Ryan Elsbree! For the month of October, several of our members participated in a Whole30 Nutrition Challenge. No dairy, grains, legumes, alcohol or ANY added sugar. In addition to nutrition, we monitored their sleep, water intake, and workout schedule. Ryan and Andrea completed the challenge with almost perfect points…and their results speak for themselves. Congratulations guys! You’re hard work has been awarded and we hope you continue to see success! Be sure to give them a big ol’ high five when you see them in the gym this week!
