5.1.17- Nutrition Challenge Day 1

Today marks day 1 of our 2017 Spring Nutrition Challenge. If you have not completed your measurements, weigh ins and before pics, they must be completed by the end of this week. They must be completed BEFORE you workout. Contact any of the coaches if you are having issues completing these. 

As for the challenge itself- remember, this is not a 30 day challenge to “get you right for summer”. This challenge is designed to help you make daily lifestyle changes that you can continue doing beyond the 30 days. Don’t do these challenges because you want to lose 10lbs and then just revert back to your old ways. Invest in yourself. Don’t look for the easy way out and look for “instant gratification” aka IMMEDIATE results. If you find yourself in a slump or feeling unmotivated- be sure to reach out to a coach. We are here to help. 

The benchmark workout will take place tomorrow, May 2nd. It can be made up any day this week during any regular class times as long as you coordinate it with a coach. Good luck!

Strength

  • Back Squat
    • 5×5 @90% of Friday

Conditioning

  • 0:00-10:00 For Time:
    • 100 Double Unders
    • 40 Push Ups
    • 20 Toes to Bar
    • 10 Burpees 
    • 3 Rope Climbs (CRX Legless)
  • From 10:00- For time:
    • 3 Rope Climbs
    • 10 Burpees
    • 20 Toes to Bar
    • 40 Push Ups
    • 100 Double Unders
