    • Pacesetter: 300m run
    • Partners 2 & 3: Alternating full rounds
      • 5 DB Thrusters (2×50/35)
        10 DB Box Step- Ups (24/20)

        *If the DBs touch the floor, or top of the box, team must complete 10 toes to bar

  • From 18:00 – 25:00 – same teams
    • 150/125 Calorie Ski/Row/Bike
