Strength

  • 3RM Front Squat (Try to increase load from last week)

Then 95% x3, 90%x3

Conditioning

  • For Time:

    • 25 Pull Ups
    • 25 KB Swings (53/35#)
    • 50 Wallballs (20/14#)
    • 25 HIGH Box Jumps (30/24″)
    • 25 Toes to Bar
    • 1000m Row
