  • 400m Odd Object Carry. 
    • Get creative. Use a keg, stone, d-ball, double KBs, yoke, etc.

Conditioning

  • Every 10:00 x3 Rounds
    • 30/25 Calorie Assault Bike
    • 90 Double Unders
    • 30 Toes to Bar
    • 15 Burpees
