Strength

  • Every :30 for 5:00
    • 3 TNG Deadlifts @70%

Conditioning

  • 5 Rounds for time:
    • 400m Run
    • 10 Medball/Slamball/Sandbag Burpee over box (30″)

*May use hands/object to help you over the box.
