    • Then 95%x2, 90%x2

Conditioning

  • 5 Rounds EACH for time:
    • 5 Squat Cleans (155/105#)
    • 5 High Box Jumps (30/24″)
    • 20 Wallballs (20/14#)
    • 200m Run
