      10 Burpees over DB
      20 DB Hang C&J (Alt every 5 Reps)

      4 Rounds:
      10 DB Box Step Ups
      20 DB OH Lunge (Alt arms every 10 reps)

      Into
      3 Rounds:
      15/10 Calorie Assault Bike
      15 Box Jumps

  • 10am Barbell Club
  • 11am-12pm Open Gym
