Our CrossFit program is designed to challenge you in all areas of fitness. Each class is one hour in length starting with a fully instructed warm up and overview of the workout. Our goal at CFSE is to make sure you are moving well, efficiently, and most importantly – safely! Don’t worry – we have FUN too! This program is for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. You will constantly learn and master new skills and movements. The results will speak for themselves.
