8R/8L 1/2 Kneel Overhead Press
8 Ring Rows w/ feet elevated, add weight if possible
8 Strict Toes To Bar
8 Hip Bridge w/ Leg Curl (5s eccentric)

Circuit through with minimal rest between movements. 1 minute rest between rounds.
Cap – 20 Minutes.
3 Muscle Ups (athlete’s choice of Ring/Bar)
3 Deadlifts (315#/205#)
30 Double Unders
