Instruction to help you learn more about pacing techniques, percentage output and breathing patterns. This will help those who feel they struggle in longer conditioning workouts.
Each week will have one ‘Strength Day” that will include a wide variety of movements including carries, holds, sled pushes, etc. We will regularly include a ‘GO HARDER’ option for those who are up for more challenging tasks or higher skill movements in regular SWEAT classes!
