Speakeasy SWEAT


This class will consist of a mix of metabolic conditioning and high intensity interval training.

  • 20-40 minutes of sweating.
  • Instruction to help you learn more about pacing techniques, percentage output and breathing patterns. This will help those who feel they struggle in longer conditioning workouts.
  • Each week will have one ‘Strength Day” that will include a wide variety of movements including carries, holds, sled pushes, etc. We will regularly include a ‘GO HARDER’ option for those who are up for more challenging tasks or higher skill movements in regular SWEAT classes!
