    Here is a fun wod if anyone is looking for something to do:

    Start with 4 rounds of 250m rows with a minute rest between rounds
    -Your score is slowest round
    Then
    For Time:
    100 Double Unders
    followed by
    3 Rounds
    21 x American Swings (53#/35#)
    15 x Box Jumps (24/20)
    9 x Burpees
    followed by
    100 Double Unders
